I think we can all agree that our last rehearsal was a great success.?
?
Please keep these things in mind...................?
?
Balancing Sections .................. This is probably the most important thing we?
have to work on. I know everyone will learn, or refresh the music but we must?
make sure the sections are balanced. I'm not talking about 1 or 2 people having to?
learn a completely new program, but we can take turns dropping down to make sure?
all parts are covered & the music is played correctly. We've done it before.?
?
Consideration for other sections ........... We all know how noisy it can get when?
brass & guard are trying to rehearse at the same time. Both Joe & Sandy have things?
that they come to rehearsal wanting to accomplish. Let's be aware of the unnecessary?
noise from both the guard & brass but also from everyone in the room, everybody?
contributes to the problem so everyone has to do better trying to solve it.?
?
Adult language ................. I didn't hear it but it was pointed out to me about some?
of the language used at last weeks rehearsal. I know we're all adults & have heard it?
before but the corps does have a language policy & I just don't think it's necessary.?
It serves no positive purpose & I ask that it not continue.?
?
Equipment ..................... After the Show on Sat. night we'll be collecting all equipment?
that belongs to the corps. But, if you have corps equipment that your not using please?
start turning it in now. That will make our job much easier.?
