I can not stress enough about how important these next 2 rehearsals (the 10th & the 17th ) are. These will make or break the season. I, with consultation with the board of directors have set out minimum standards as far as numbers & quality of the 
corps. If we don't make these standards I'll have to make some very difficult decisions. You know me, I'm not a person that 
sees a disaster behind every rock & you know that I never speak frankly & openly in an email but I have no choice. It latterly
is now or never.
