Subject: Legends of Drum Corps Open Rehearsals
 
Dear Rick, Arthur, Paul, and Jack, The Legends of Drum Corps is winding down it's Winter/Spring Session.  We have 3 rehearsals remaining-April 5th. April 19th, and our final rehearsal for this session will be on May 5th.  After that, we  go on Summer Break.  The Legends will have Open Rehearsals for these last 3 rehearsals.  We would appreciate it greatly if you would put this message on your respective corps e mail chains and/or websites(ValleyAires, Light Brigade, St Kevins and Sr. Crusaders).  All Brass players are cordially invited to attend these rehearsals. We will be working on Stan Kenton's "Malaga", the Blue Devils and Chuck Mangione's "Chase The Clouds Away", Blessed Sac's famous "National Emblem March" and if time permits, some other great drum corps oldies. These rehearsals are for Brass only(although percussionists are more than welcome to observe the rehearsals and enjoy a "frostie").  We are attempting to end the session on a real "up", so if you can only make one rehearsal, make the May 5th one.  If you can make only two, make it the last two.  If you can make all three, excellent!  Of course, anything you can do to spend some time playing with us will be a plus.  Come on down, meet some great drum corps folks, share a "frostie" and enjoy performing some great drum corps charts from the past.  Rehearsals are 8:00 to 10:00 at the Malden American Legion Post 69.  Check our website at www.legendsofdrumcorps.org for details.
