<To enter the show the Corps marching  members and administrative 
staff/instructional staff will have to wear  wrist bands. <PLEASE send the 
number of wrist bands needed for your  corps.

<Tickets:  PLEASE ASAP let me know how many advance  tickets your corps will 
need for the show.  You can pay for them and  <pick the tickets up at the 
reserved window the night of the  show.  I would advice you send the advance 
ticket requests  so  people <can get a good seat!!  Also, it will save 
standing in line  when you get there.


The only way ANYONE gets into the show is with  a wrist band, so we need to 
send them a total # of bands needed.
The  bands are for corps members, instructional/administrative staff ONLY.  
THEIR rules, NOT mine, the ONLY way
a non member, non staff or non  support member can get into the show is with 
a  ticket.



<Line up: I tried to accommodate the requests by  people who march with more 
than one Corps.  The line up is the best I  could do <for all your requests. 
(Drum Corps people are CRAZY!! Some of  the people march in two or more 
corps!!  They are keeping <their  brain active!!)
<6:30 National Anthems (US & Canada)
<6:35  Excelsior –exhibition
<6:50 Light Brigade
<7:10  Optimists
<7:30 Saint Kevin's
<7:50 Intermission
<8:30  Boston Crusaders Senior
<8:40 Scout
<9:10 Caballeros

We  were given our choice of when we wanted to perform, I chose #1. If they  
can keep to that schedule we should be on the road
by  10:00.

Right now the weather forecast for Wed. is sunny & warm, so  keep your 
fingers crossed. Take some time every day to pick up your horn,  sticks, 
flags, rifles & sabers & do some home work. It will make a  world of good.

We have this coming Wed., then Sun. the 29th at 6pm,  & Wed. August 1st, we 
should be in good shape by then or I'll be  forced
to have rehearsal on the 4th. One of the things I didn't include in  the 
email from the sponsor is that there are plenty of
practice  facilities very close to the field, I don't want to use one, but if 
needed  we'll be out there. It's up to you to make sure we don't need  to.
